Annika is addicted to calendars. She knows dates and days of the week for the entire month, or so it seems to us. She has her own calendar in her room and crosses off days, counts down days, marks birthdays, holidays or other celebrations, and just generally checks her calendar multiple times a day.
So when I was reminded (yet again) that I still had the May dates on our family calendar I keep up in the mudroom, I decided that I was going to make Annika's day and let her fill it in. So, armed with a few markers, she set to work and completed it perfectly!
I think she has a new job!
